How to Order
Thank you for your interest in ordering Triad products. To ensure successful order fulfillment, please take note of the following:
- New Customers: Please complete New Customer Form
- All orders must be requested through customerservice@triadls.com
- All orders must be placed by 3:45PM CST to be processed within the same business day. All orders placed after 3:45PM CST will be processed the following business day.
- All orders must include full product name, quantity, shipping address, billing address (if different from shipping address), pricing, and preferred shipping method (see below).
- Our default shipping method is FedEx 2-Day PM.
- NOTE: orders containing 10 or more products will ship for free unless first over night shipping is selected.
- If you’d like to request different shipment for your order, please contact customer service at 901.333.6000, extension 3.
- AlloSkin™RT Special Ordering Instructions:
- AlloSkin™ RT is non-returnable and non-refundable
- AlloSkin™ RT ships overnight, free of charge
How to Pay
Please review the below information regarding our payment policies:
- We use Net30 base payment terms.
- Prepaid terms require the facility to sign and return the Credit Card Authorization Form
- You may choose to receive your invoice by mail or email.
- If you choose email, you will have the option to pay online through our invoicing portal
- Otherwise, you may pay your invoice by mailing a check to our facility, or by calling us at 901.333.6000, extension 3.

Returns and Complaints
